During long march, unlike other people, why Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri remained in a bullet proof container?

Quran and Hadith guide us that whenever there is a need, one must take appropriate security measures first, and then do the tawakkul on Allah (SWT). For reference a portion of a Quranic verse, and one Hadith is being quoted below:

“…they should (also) hold on to their security measures and retain their weapons (persistently). The infidels want you to become neglectful of your weapons and other means of defense and that they may launch a sudden attack against you.” (Quran, 4:102 part)

“One day Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) noticed a Bedouin leaving his camel without tying it and he asked the Bedouin, “Why don’t you tie down your camel?” The Bedouin answered, “I put my trust in Allah.” The Prophet then said, “Tie your camel first, then put your trust in Allah”” (Al-Tirmidhi).

At the time when Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri announced for the long march, there were confirmed security threats against his life. Even federal interior minister of that time repeatedly announced those threats publicly. For reference, here is a link of a news report providing information about the circumstances of that time:

Considering the circumstances and the guidance of Quran and Hadith, it was according to the hukum of Shariah that appropriate security arrangements must have been made to protect the life of Dr. Qadri. For the very reason bullet proof container was arranged. During the long march it proved also that it was a very right decision that such security arrangements were made. During the first night of the long march itself there was an attempt of attack on the life of Dr. Qadri and certain individuals did firing on his container. Had he been not in the bullet-proof container, anything worst could have happened. For reference, here is a news report highlighting that incident:

In this video clip, Dr. Qadri is informing about that attack:

In general, concept of protecting key people and key things can also be understood from the principles of the nature. For example, heart and brain are the most important organs in any human body. Not all parts of the body are given the same level of protection by our creator, the way He has given protection to the brain and the heart. Brain is protected under a hard skull, while heart is surrounded by the strong ribs. The reason is that these are they ‘key’ parts of any human body. If brain or heart got injured, human being can expire instantly. However, if any other part of a body gets injured, person can still survive.

Similarly in any movement, the role of a leader is nonetheless similar to that of role of brain or heart in a human body. The survival of the movement rely on the leader. If God forbid something happens to the leader, movement could die down immediately, whereas this usually is not the case if anything happened to any ordinary worker of the movement. So it is a common sense that leader must be protected well.

This short clip is also worth watching to understand this same concept. Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri is explaining the concept in the the light of Quran and Hadith:
